Due to changes in the savings market over the past few months we have reached a
situation where we have very few products to offer. In the long term this goes against
our original commitment to provide a range of products and rates to our customers.
As a result of this we are no longer accepting new customer applications, accepting
new funds or providing new fixed term products (either standard savings, joint savings
or cash ISAs). This change has been in effect since Monday 17th December 2012.
Existing CustomersYou can still sign in and use your account management service. However this change does mean you are now unable to place new orders for products or re-invest your funds once your current savings mature as the last remaining available products will not be replaced.

Phone lines open Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm. Calls cost no more than 4.5p per minute, plus a 13p call set-up fee, from a BT landline (correct at 01/12/2012). The cost of non-BT landline calls may differ.
